Today, it’s embedded within Outlook, which is why it’s called Outlook Calendar. A calendar app was included with Windows 1.0. Click/tap on the Show (3 dots) button on the toolbar at the top right area. Click/tap on the down arrow next to the BDay /B button on the toolbar, and click/tap on 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, 5 day, or 6 day for how many days to show at once. Give it a couple of minutes and then go to Settings/Manage Account and click on the newly setup account again. Microsoft has been in the calendar business for years. Click/tap on the Day button on the toolbar at the top right area. Mail App will add your account in the tree to left. I didn't find a solution yet for the Windows calendar app. This has nothing to do with the Outlook client, it has to do with Apples Calendar client for macOS not showing.
#Shared calendar not showing up on calendar app windows 10 install#
Actually the same is true for shared calendars on the iPhone calendar app but here it's sufficient to install the google calendar app to show also the calendars shared with me.

Enter in "Email Address", whatever name you want to in "Using this name" and your password in the "Password" field. But those shared calendars do not show up at all in the calendar app on Windows 10. Go to Settings/Manage Accounts/Add Account in Windows 10 Mail app. Lets say your user account is and you want to add to Windows 10 Mail App. This guide assumes that you have already been given access to the Shared Mailbox by your admin and you do not have 2FA enabled. So here's a no nonsense guide to adding Office 365 Shared Mailboxes to your Windows 10 Mail app (coz I couldn't find one elsewhere, coz Outlook for Windows still does not have a unified inbox, coz on a low resource PC you don't really want to run Outlook).
